Jill's philosophy focuses on holistic, self-motivated care. She writes
I believe each person has an innate knowledge of their own needs. By carefully listening to and observing my patients, I am able to help guide them to a place of wellness. Every individual is on a different path. As a healing guide, I feel it is important to meet people where they are on that path and gently encourage them to include healthy lifestyle choices. Spiritually, I believe all sentient beings are connected, and that caring for others makes life complete.
The leaf can be seen to blow in the wind. Western medicine is like the leaf and acupuncture is like the wind. No one can deny the wind affects the leaf. Both are important parts of the process. Acupuncture is a form of medicine that allows the body to access its own ability to heal and is a gentle way to move towards health.
